Quickbooks invoices emailed via outlook not being delivered.
Please fix it. This comment originated in the Google Product Forum. Outlook allows you to send in "plain text" Html or "Rich Text Format". I don't have cc or bcc to me.

My customers are randomly not receiving invoice emails that I am sending via QBO. They'll get one, and then the next one I send doesn't go through, it shows sent on my end-but they never receive the email.

We use Outlook on the accounts PC. When we send an invoice by email, it opens up an outlook window with the recipients email, subject, pdf attachmnet and body all filled in. We just click on Send to send the email. On the other hand, if we email the invoice to ourselves, and then forward the same email to the recipient they get it fine in their inbox. Yes, only we have loads and loads of different recipients. We can't call all of them asking them to mark it as "not junk".
Is your address on the recipient's Safe Senders list. Thank you for your response. I assume that all customers have requested to receive their Invoices by email. May I take it that the attached file containing the invoice can be opened from the copy of the e-mail in the Sent Folder of Quickbookz.
