    A comprehensive book covering Russian cooking, including recipes from what are now the former Soviet republics. Russian cooking has been out-of-fashion in the West for a while, but that's a shame -- there are endless superb dishes to be sampled! I wish I could say this recipe was worth the effort but unfortunately it disappointed us. 😪
